Diagnostic
Measures

are able to offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic measures that
can be used to benchmark and show progress in the development of
your personnel. These include measure of organisational culture,
team effectiveness and individual learning styles.
Certification
We are
able to offer individual delegates the opportunity to study for
the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 3 Certificates
in First Line Management. This is a nationally recognised qualification
