As a part of our commitment to delivering training that is effective and transferable to the workplace, all course participants develop personal action plans that will deliver real and positive change to their organisation.

Organisational Culture
Identifying what to develop or change in an organisation in order to become a more effective business is a first step to growth. With our experience in helping companies to re-focus and drive towards a more productive future we can offer expertise and support to help you achieve real and lasting change in your organisational culture.

We offer diagnostic tools to help identify the culture and sub cultures of the organisation, identifying areas for development.

We can also put together a comprehensive programme that will help you to steer your organisation in the direction you want it to go. This can involve training at all levels, mentoring and assistance with 'visioning' future goals.

Team Working
Teams are at the heart of effective working and getting to work effectively is a continuing challenge in today's pressurised working environment. It is possible to have a group of highly skilled individuals who nonetheless fail to work together effectively and reap the rewards of team-working.

Whether is establishing a new team or rejuvenating an existing one, we can put together a dynamic and challenging programme to produce strong and flexible teams that are better able to meet the demands of your organisation and to fulfil their own potential for excellence.

Leadership
Developing effective, positive leadership is one of the most direct ways of improving organisational performance. Leaders can be developed with the aid of diagnostic measures to identify strengths and development areas and developing skills in areas such as coaching, facilitation, decision making and problem solving as well as enhancing the individuals understanding of different leadership styles.

Personal Development
One-day, multi-day, or modular programmes develop individuals to be more effective in their work roles. Areas addressed will depend upon the training objectives agreed with our clients but may include areas such as: effective communication, leadership, time management, planning, problem solving, team skills and delegation. Courses may also lead to National Certificates in Leadership & Management.

Graduate development
The transition from the academic world to the business world can be uniquely challenging. A Nexus programme prepares the individual for those challenges. Understanding the appropriateness of different leadership styles and theories, coupled with communications and interpersonal skills development facilitates a smooth transition.

Diagnostic Measures
We are able to offer a comprehensive range of diagnostic measures that can be used to benchmark and show progress in the development of your personnel. These include measure of organisational culture, team effectiveness and individual learning styles.

Certification
We are able to offer individual delegates the opportunity to study for the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 3 Certificates in First Line Management. This is a nationally recognised qualification that is independently validated.
